As for career counselling with VDAB’s career checks (40 euros per career check), we can help you with all your questions about your career, career opportunities, starting your own business and so much more. In order to discover your true passion, you can rely on us for career counselling by taking our personality test. By using an online tool and some questions you will learn more about your motives, sustainable motivations, obstacles and elements that consume or provide energy.
After this personality test, you will get the opportunity to take career counselling sessions between 4 to 8 hours together with our experienced coaches who each have their own methodology and specialisation. This way we offer tailor-made advice to new entrepreneurs, employees, teachers, disabled people or specific industries such as the care sector and health service.
